Carol Rosenau
- PT

Carol joins our team with more than 30 years’ experience dealing with a variety of musculo-skeletal conditions, including 15 years as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Her focus since 2001 is Postural Restoration (PRI), a physical therapy approach that seeks to uncover and correct the underlying causes of spine, joint and muscle pain. It is a promising approach especially for people with a long history of pain and multiple areas of difficulty, and she has had success achieving relief and improvement after other treatment methods have had only partial or temporary success. Carol has a heartfelt desire to help hurting people and is an ardent supporter of holistic care – respecting the interconnections of body, mind and spirit.

Carol’s BS in physical therapy is from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1986. Having spent most of her career in rural Nebraska, she has experience in treating a variety of conditions, from sports injuries to industrial conditions to geriatric impairments. She has special training and interest in disorders of the foot – the bio-mechanical wonder that has fascinated her for years.

From personal experience, Carol understands that recovering from an injury or a prolonged painful condition requires skilled and determined care as well as encouraging support – which she is delighted to provide for clients. Her favorite pastimes include music, hiking, gardening and exploring the great outdoors.
